Guru Liladhar was born on the 27th of March 1982. He comes from a very popular hill station near Kathmandu Valley, Nuwakot. He is a born vegetarian. He is a very deep spiritual practitioner and healer who spends most of his time in the service of society.
He is a very good natural dietician who guides his diet counseling and teaching based on the concept of Ayurveda and the body’s doshas. He has a very good knowledge of herbal supplements and tonics for various disorders and conditions of contemporary times. He comes from the reputed Spiritual Practioner’s tradition called Nikhilieshwarananda Tradition.
He acquired this deep knowledge from his father who is a reputed Ayurvedic Baidhya (Home Doctor). As he spent his childhood with his parents he left his formal education in order to help and learn from his father the techniques and teachings of Ayurvedic and Naturopathic remedies.
He also learned through experienced doctors, naturopathists, dieticians, and experts in his field. He has been running a Natural Diet and Naturopathy Centre for over 15 years, through which numerous people have benefited from their health and lifestyle. As a holistic therapist, he is very much influenced by Nepali Yogi Figures like Dr. Hari Pokharel, Narendranath Bhattarai, K.N Pathik, and Yogi Vikashananda.
He took renunciation as of 2013 with orders from his Revered Sadhgurudev Dr. Narayan Dutta Shrimali and permission from his parents.
