Course Features

Our 200 hour Raj Yog course program is 28 days in duration. You will get to stay with us at a very close hilltop to Kathmandu called Changunarayan with a scenic 360 view of Kathmandu Valley and amazing views of the Himalayas.

This training is divided into three major categories:

  1. Theory Only
  2. Practical Only and,
  3.  Theory and Practical Both

200 Training Hours are divided into two major categories:

  1. 160 Hours- Theoretical, Practical and, Theory and Practical both Hours
  2.  40 Hours- Self Study, Homework, and Assignment Hours

This deeply enriching course centers around the concept of cultivating Self-Discipline to attain excellence in the face of:

  1. Tempting Distractions
  2. Challenging Economic Times
  3. Limited Availability of Time
  4. Unsettled Patterns of Thought

Transformation through this course is carried out in four different phases:

  1. First Phase is ” Knowing” where training will cover the aspects of your Mind, its modifications, its afflictions, states and etc.
  2. Second Phase is ” Seeing” where training will help you discover your ” total Self ” and your ” true Self “
  3. Third Phase is ” Experiencing ” in which you will be able to set up your goal and start achieving them.
  4. Fourth Phase is ” Explaining ” in which you will establish yourself as a milestone through your transformed personality, growth, progress, development, and enrichment.

Weekends

Friday, Saturday, and Sunday

  • 7:00- 7:30 am- Pranayama
  • 7:30- 8:30 am- Meditation

Evening Schedule

Monday and Thursday

  • 4:00- 5:00 pm- Pranayama
  • 5:00- 6:00 pm- Yoga Asanas ( First 2 Weeks)+ Raj Yog Philosophy ( Second 2 Weeks)
  • 6:00-7:00 pm- Meditation

Tuesday and Wednesday

  • 4:00-5:00 pm- Pranayama
  • 5:00-6:00 pm- Yoga Asanas ( First 2 Weeks)+ Raj Yog Philosophy ( Second 2 Weeks)
  • 6:00-7:00 pm- Meditation
  • 7:00-8:00 pm- Yoga Anatomy and Physiology ( First 2 Weeks) + Sound Healing Therapy ( Second 2 Weeks)
Weekends

Friday, Saturday, and Sunday

  • 6:30-7:00 pm- Pranayama
  • 7:00-8:00 pm- Meditation

Group discussions will be conducted every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday Afternoon for 1 hour.
