Day 1

Morning (6 am – 9 am)

  • 6:00 am – 6:30 am: Jala Neti and Kapalbhati Shatkarma practice for nasal and respiratory cleansing.
  • 6:45 am – 7:45 am: Energizing Yoga Session to invigorate your body and mind.
  • 8:00 am – 8:30 am: Nourishing Vegetarian/Vegan Breakfast with herbal beverages.

Late Morning (9 am – 12 pm)

  • 9:15 am – 10:15 am: Mindfulness and Meditation Session for relaxation and inner harmony.
  • 10:30 am – 11:30 am: Stress Relief Video Session with humor, assertiveness, and problem-solving strategies.
  • 11:45 am – 12:45 pm: Group Activities and Discussions for community building and emotional release.

Afternoon (12 pm – 2 pm)

  • 12:45 pm – 1:30 pm: Nourishing Vegetarian/Vegan Lunch with herbal beverages.
