Retreat Features

 

  1. Shatkarma Practices like Jala Neti, Sankhaprakshalan Kriya, and Trataka. Rejuvenates your GI system, brain, and sinuses for optimal vitality.
  2. Yoga Sessions, diverse range of yoga practices including Beginner’s Yoga, CYS Special Rejuvenating sequence, Hatha, and Yin yoga that nourish your body and mind.
  3. Meditation, Sthula and Sukshma Dhyana, Body and Breath Meditation. Discover chakra cleansing and balancing techniques to harmonize your energy centers.
  4. Pranayama, practices like Naadisodhana and Ujjayi Pranayama throughout the retreat. Breathe in renewed energy and balance.
  5. Wholesome Meals  vegan or vegetarian meals carefully crafted to support your yogic journey. Nurture your body from within with nourishing and delicious options.
  6. Accommodation, a single or shared bedroom for your 3N4D stay, ensuring comfort and tranquility during your retreat.
  7. Holistic Activities, sightseeing, group activities, and even individual counseling (upon special request). Explore available sports facilities within the CYS Residence.
  8. Audio-Visual training sessions that guide you through daily and seasonal wellness practices. Empower yourself with diverse techniques for sustained well-being.
  9. Ayurvedic Therapies with rejuvenating treatments including Swedanam (steam bath), Full Body Abhyangam, and Ksheeradhara.
  10. Expert Guidance sessions with Ayurvedic doctors who will provide specialized rejuvenating therapy starting from day 1 of your retreat.

Day 1

Morning (6 am – 9: 30 am)

  • 6:00 am – 6:30 am: Morning Renewal: Shatkarma Practice Jala Neti for Detoxification and Vitality
  • 6:45 am – 7:45 am: Gentle Awakening: Yoga Session – Beginner’s Yoga to Start the Day
  • 8:00 am – 9:15 am: Wholesome Beginnings: Nourishing Breakfast

Late Morning (9:30 am – 12 pm)

  • 9:30 am – 10:30 am: Embrace and Explore: Orientation and Art of Life Techniques
  • 10:45 am – 12:00 pm: Mindful Clarity: Meditation – Sthula and Sukshma Dhyana

Afternoon (12 pm – 5 pm)

  • 12:15 pm – 1:00 pm: Savoring Nourishment: Lunch
  • 1:15 pm – 3:00 pm: Personal Unwind: Free Time for Relaxation, Ayurvedic Abhyangam Therapy
  • 3:15 pm – 4:15 pm: Breath of Life: Pranayama – Naadisodhana and Ujjayi Pranayama
  • 4:30 pm – 5:00 pm: Community Bonding: Holistic Group Activity

  • 6:00 am – 7:00 am: Deep Cleansing: Shatkarma Practice Continues and Sankhaprakshalan Kriya 
  • 7:15 am – 8:30 am: Mindfulness Meditation
  • 8:45 am – 9:30 am: Nourish and Thrive: Wholesome Breakfast

Late Morning (9:30 am – 12 pm)

  • 9:45 am – 10:30 am: Ayurvedic Wisdom: Introduction and Session with Ayurvedic Experts
  • 10:45 am – 12:00 pm: Inner Harmony: Meditation – Chakra Cleansing and Balancing Techniques

Afternoon (12 pm – 5 pm)

  • 12:15 pm – 1:00 pm: Midday Delight: Lunch
  • 1:15 pm – 3:00 pm: Personal Revive: Time for Ayurvedic Swedanam Therapy
  • 3:15 pm – 4:15 pm: Rejuvenating Flow: Yoga Session CYS Special Rejuvenating Sequence
  • 4:30 pm – 5:00 pm: Reflective Moments: Individual Counseling (Upon Special Request)

Day 3

Morning (6 am – 9: 30 am)

  • 6:00 am – 6:30 am: Radiant Start: Shatkarma Practice Continues Jala Neti
  • 6:45 am – 7:45 am: Graceful Tranquility: Yoga Session – Yin Yoga for Deep Relaxation
  • 8:00 am – 9:15 am: Morning Nourishment: Wholesome Breakfast

Late Morning (9:30 am – 12 pm)

  • 9:30 am – 10:30 am: Expert Care: Specialized Rejuvenating Therapy Session
  • 10:45 am – 12:00 pm: Body and Breath Meditation
